Nestled in the vibrant steel city of Jamshedpur, our temple is a divine sanctuary where Lord Krishna's eternal love manifests through daily worship, devotional service, and heartfelt community outreach. Since our establishment, we have been nurturing the spiritual growth of families, youth, and seekers throughout the greater Jharkhand region.
Our temple, dedicated to Shree Jagannath Mandir, follows the pristine Vaishnava traditions established by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada โ the Founder-Acharya of ISKCON โ who ignited this global spiritual revolution in 1966 and whose books and teachings continue to inspire millions worldwide.
Srila Prabhupada's divine vision to re-spiritualize society
Srila Prabhupada's plan to re-spiritualize society through the distribution of sanctified food is not mentioned in the original incorporation documents. Yet he established Food For Life and Govinda's vegetarian restaurants, and the Sunday Feast has become the weekly happening at every ISKCON center.

Established by His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada on the day of ISKCON's founding, these seven divine purposes guide our mission to spread spiritual knowledge and Krishna Consciousness throughout the world.

To systematically propagate spiritual knowledge to society at large and to educate all people in the techniques of spiritual life in order to check the imbalance of values in life, and to achieve real unity and peace in the world.

To propagate a consciousness of Krishna as He is revealed in the Bhagavad-gฤซtฤ and ลrฤซmad-Bhฤgavatam.

To bring the members of the Society together with each other and nearer to Krishna, the prime entity, thus developing the idea within the members, and humanity at large, that each soul is part and parcel of the quality of Godhead (Krishna).

To teach and encourage the saแน kฤซrtana movement, congregational chanting of the holy name of God, as revealed in the teachings of Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahฤprabhu.

To erect for the members and for society at large a holy place of transcendental pastimes dedicated to the personality of Krishna.

To bring the members closer together for the purpose of teaching a simpler, more natural way of life.

With a view towards achieving the aforementioned purposes, to publish and distribute periodicals, magazines, books and other writings.
